Suffering

Suffering

Self judgement is the root cause of suffering.  As we go from the study of science, knowledge of selves, meditation, wisdom, forgiveness, mindfulness, and nothingness we let go of judgement.  We arrive at choice.  No judgement of the past or the future.  We make a choice in each moment.

That's a thoughtful perspective on the role of self-judgment in causing suffering, and the potential benefits of exploring practices like meditation, mindfulness, and forgiveness to cultivate greater awareness and choice in the present moment. By releasing the grip of judgment, we may be more able to tune into our own needs and values, and make choices that align with our deeper intentions and purposes. This can help us navigate the ups and downs of life with greater resilience, compassion, and wisdom.
