Mindfulness
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment, which one can develop through the practice of meditation and through other training.
Mindfulness is a meditative way of staying in the moment.
The goal is to be in the moment detached from the past and future.
When you live in each moment and a choice is required, it is made.
As we progress with our meditation and mindful practice we let go of our egocentric view of ourselves and experience the joy of existence.
When we fully embrace mindfulness it becomes how we live and is reflected in our poise, grace and self-confidence.
When you are observing the world / listing to someone, watch and listen without judgment and allow yourself to process the information naturally as if there is an explanation even if you can't see it in the current moment.
Happiness and joy follows as we let go of our ego and learn to freely express ourselves without ulterior motives.
We have to make our effort in this moment. This is the most important thing in our practice.
Moment after moment everything is created anew. This is the true joy of life. We are part of the natural world, part of the consciousness of the world, along with everything else.
When we realize that everything we see is part of nothingness, we have no attachment to any existence.
It is not after we understand the truth that we attain enlightenment. To realize the truth is to live – to exist here and now.
Enlightenment will appear as something special which comes out of your meditation and mindfulness. Then you see it as nothing special and be here now..
