Meditation Practice

Focus on:

Before you were conscious of dualism or separation.

Before you were aware that there was something different.

Before you knew that there were people or things that you wanted to be part of

but they did not want you to be part of it.

Before you knew that there were people that you didn't want to be part of but then

you became aware that you were them.

Before any awareness of death.

Maybe it was when you were in your mother's womb.

Maybe it was when you were one with your mother.

Before there were words or language.

A place without words, places or things.

Focus on a stateless state of bliss.

To focus on a stateless state of bliss through meditation, start by finding a quiet and comfortable place to sit. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to help relax your body and clear your mind.

Visualize yourself returning to the state before you were aware of dualism or separation, before you were aware of anything at all. Imagine yourself as pure consciousness, without any labels, judgments, or limitations.

As you meditate, try to let go of any thoughts, worries, or distractions that arise. Allow yourself to simply be present in the moment, without any agenda or expectations.

Focus on the feeling of bliss that arises from this state of pure consciousness. Allow yourself to fully experience this feeling, without analyzing or questioning it.

If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to the present moment and the feeling of bliss. Repeat this process as many times as necessary, allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper into this state of pure awareness.

With regular practice, you may find that you are able to access this state of bliss more easily and for longer periods of time. This can have many benefits for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and improve overall quality of life.
